What is the Airport Shuttle?

Airport Shuttle Hours
The Airport Shuttle operates every day except Christmas Day.
Christmas Eve, December 24: The last shuttle going to the airport is 1:30 pm from Lake Sumter Landing and 1:45 pm from Brownwood. The last shuttle picking up at the Airport is 3:30 pm on Terminal B and 3:45 pm on Terminal A.

What is the cost of the Airport Shuttle?
The cost is $30 per person, each way if you book online. Our saver Shuttle is always $30 per person (*7:00 am departing from Lake Sumter Landing & *7:15 am from Brownwood.) Children 12 & under are $20.
If you call to book, the charge is $35 per person, each way for all shuttle times besides the Saver Shuttle.
What if I miss my shuttle at the Airport? What if my flight is delayed?
How do I cancel? Will I get a refund?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled shuttle time are subject to a $10 cancellation fee per reservation OR an in-house credit for the full amount. You must call if you are cancelling and choosing to receive an in-house credit. Please allow 7- 14 business days for refund processing.
Please note our no-show policy: If you do not call, and do not show up for any shuttle on the day you are scheduled, no refund or in-house credit will be issued.
Do you provide car seats?
We do not provide car seats. You may bring your own personal car seat or if you are in need of a car seat, we recommend Baby Bundles (352)-406-4754. Baby Bundles is able to bring the car seats to us, so they are ready for you on your scheduled shuttle.
Is there a limit to how many bags I can bring?
Is a gratuity for my driver included?
What is the frequent rider program?
Reservation Office Hours
Our current office hours are: Monday- Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Our reservations office is closed in observance of the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We are open for limited hours on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. After -hours dispatch available for emergency or last minute reservations.
What other services does Workman Transportation provide?
All buses are 2018 or newer. Motor-coaches are equipped with seatbelts, a restroom, WIFI, USB port charging at each seat, as well as DVD players and televisions throughout.
